Here at Manchester Personal Trainers we have 2 different Personal Training Packages available to suit different budgets

All our Manchester Personal Training Packages includes an initial consultation, where we get to know you and measure your existing fitness levels and any medical history and understand what your fitness goals are and what you would like to generally achieve here at My Personal Trainer Manchester.

Once we know all your history and fitness goals we design a fitness and nutrition plan which is truly bespoke to yourself, so when your not working hard in the gym, you still know what you need to do and eat to achieve your goals.

Due to our high demand from clients for our services, all personal training is available by block booking only.

Each session lasts one hour

8 sessions over 4 weeks at £300 (2 sessions a week)*

12 sessions over 4 weeks at £400 (3 sessions a week)

*please note whilst many of our current clients train 3 times a week, we ask all clients to undertake a minimum of 2 training sessions per week
